Pocket shootouts and conversations about everything

We had three smartphones, two hours of charging for three of us, one extra battery, three games, poor Wi-Fi, one charger, chicken wings and a can of cola. Not that all this is categorically necessary for a review, but if you’ve already started writing, then you need to approach the matter seriously.

In this article, I will compare three brands of smartphones in the same price category and find out whether it is true that a gaming gadget should cost as much money as analysts from leading brands assure us. So, we have one fashionable iPhone 4S, a rather weighty Samsung Galaxy S3 and a budget Turbo X5 Z, which arrived to us straight from the skies. We get to play cool games, touch girls devices and choose the most optimal gaming smartphone. Probably many will ask why I chose the Turbo brand as a public sector worker. It’s all very simple – my student friend, from whom I took this miracle away with a fight, chose it from all the “new” brands, there could also have been some Ritmix or Prestigio, they all cost about the same. And there are Samsungs and Apple phones around like dirt, so I easily took them from my friends.
After digging a little in the AppStore and GooglePlay, I managed to find three graphic games that are present on both platforms: the first-person shooter Dead Trigger 2, the fighting game Injustice: Gods Among Us and the third-person shooter Frontline Commando 2. It’s time to try out these pieces of hardware and find out what you can comfortably game on (sorry, I couldn’t resist), and what you can give to your little sister to eat.

Powerful, daring and bullet-sharp, the iPhone 4S has won its user another nothing innovation in approach to design and technical component.

Dead Trigger 2. To https://b9casinocasino.co.uk/bonus/ my surprise, this game turned out to be free in the AppStore. I was completely sure that I would see at least a symbolic price of 0.$99. To be honest, it was not very convenient to play, because the 4th generation of Apple has a rather narrow display. My greasy thick fingers kept cutting into the side and going off the screen. But these are small things. No lags were noticed at the initial stages. The app froze a couple of times during a briefing. The graphics accelerator in the fifth iPhone works well – the picture was extremely beautiful. First test passed.

Injustice: Gods Among Us. The controls are simple and understandable, except for “tapping” and cutting with your fingers on the screen, you don’t need to do anything else. The smartphone’s processor copes well with loads even during combos and produces a very good picture. No brakes were noticed. Second test passed.

Frontline Commando 2. Everything was just flying here. Explosions, battles, crossfire – nothing stopped you from enjoying this wonderful spectacle. The only thing that upset me was the small screen, which is why I constantly missed entering my character’s name and pressing small buttons in the game lobby.

Samsung Galaxy S3

The good old Galaxy S3, which I have had for several years, faithfully served and broke throughout its life, but I did not abandon it and loved it like my illegitimate son. I tried not to touch it again, but if anything happens, I’m right there.

Dead Trigger 2. It’s really fun here. At first the game did not want to start, for no reasonable reason. She just painted herself and that’s it. I even felt a little offended. Just imagine, you come to your beloved grandmother for pies, and she tells you “#$% for you, not pies, Evlanty”. Although the dough is already molded and the oven is preheated. After prolonged dancing with a tambourine, calling Satan and reading a mantra in a dead language, the game started. What was to be expected – the game ran great, but sometimes sagged in some scenes with a lot of monsters. In general, the result was not much different from the iPhone performance – it plays well. But it’s heating up, it’s an infection! After half an hour of play, you can fry eggs on the Galaxy S3.

Injustice: Gods Among Us. As expected, I experienced loading issues for a little while again, but not significantly. During the entire game I caught only one strong “freeze” on the splash screen of the “ultimate” skill. It’s quite comfortable to play, but again there is a problem with the heating of the device.

Frontline Commando 2. As with previous games, no major lags were noticed, but there was some sagging at the start of each shot. Although even the explosion of the “great red barrel” did not cause a single freeze. Marvelous!

A young brand, now actively promoting itself wherever possible. The name brings back memories of the great taste of chewing gum with the same name and the childhood TV series "Turbo Power Rangers". In general, the emotions so far are only positive, albeit with a grain of doubt.

Dead Trigger 2. Well, this is a bomb – the game froze only once when loading. To my surprise, the load test was passed successfully. Minor lags were noticed that occurred while loading levels, but during the game itself everything was fine. Test passed.

Injustice: Gods Among Us. The picture is beautiful, it was laid out at the start of the battle, apparently the characters were being loaded. “Tapping” on the screen is convenient, because it is slightly larger than that of the Galaxy S3. No other shortcomings have been identified in the game so far. Second test passed.

Frontline Commando 2. For the most part, everything is the same with the Galaxy S3, except for the fact that the game loaded several times faster. There were minor freezes when starting to shoot from a sniper rifle, but it was tolerable.

I experienced a slight dissonance from not understanding the fact that a budget smartphone works 90% on par with gadgets from global manufacturers. Here I have two options: either Samsung and Apple are completely lazy, churning out the same crap year after year, or budget brands are trying to adapt to the modern user as quickly as possible and are slowly catching up with the industry giants. Having evaluated all three of these smartphones in person, I realized that at the moment the brand is more important to everyone than what’s inside.
